*Sometimes these forms require additional time to prepare beyond our base form rate, e.g. multiple investment accounts, cost basis research, additional information gathering, receipt tabulation, multiple component depreciation, etc in which case billable time gets added to the form rate
Local clients are encouraged to drop off material, 3-10 days until completion depending on complexity; no in-office prep appointments until March

Rental Sched E: $50 1st property + $30 ea additional; Form 4562: $25 1st property + $15 ea additional on top of 1040 fees
Self-employment Sched C: $50 + $35 Form 8995 + $20 Sch SE (if needed) + $25 Form 4562 (if needed) + $15 OH Bus Deduction (if needed) + $10 City Page 2 on top of 1040 fees
Our office is also capable of preparing and e-filing Forms 1041 (Estate or Trust), 1065 (Partnership), 1120S (S-Corp), and 709 (Gift Tax) though we prefer to prepare these ‘specialty returns’ after the April 15 1040 deadline when we can devote more time and expertise to them.
